At Menlo, High-Tech Anthropology® is the key to mitigating the inherent risks associated with product development by successfully balancing user and business goals.

In this three-day workshop, participants will be introduced to a condensed version of High-Tech Anthropology®, Menlo's unique design thinking process. Using two case studies, attendees will participate in a series of hands-on activities, including observations, mind-mapping, personas, and design assessments in order to learn what it takes to build human-centered products and services that are intuitive and delightful to use. Participants will leave with take-away materials to inspire and guide their implementation of these practices in their own work environment.
