One of our most popular posts of 2020 (next to Rich’s granddog post, of course) was our poster encouraging you to answer ‘What Problem are You Actually Trying to Solve? With all the noise and chaos of the year coming to a close, you might find your team distracted and worn out from trying to boil an ocean of problems. In this four-hour session, a pair of Menlonians will take your team through a series of inspiring questions, exercises and discussion to get at the most important problem for your team to solve: how you’ll work better as a team in 2021. 4 hours and includes a write up summarizing your brainstorming and affinity mapping results.
Cost: $2500. Best for groups of 6 or more at all levels of the organization.
