The steps of the Discovery process build the foundation of user-friendly designs tailored to the target persona(s). Our High-Tech Anthropologists® study end-users in their own work environment in order to design software users actually adopt and enjoy. In this 90-minute virtual tour experience, you’ll spend the first 60 minutes walking through the Design part of Menlo’s High-Tech Anthropology® process. Starting where Discovery left off with workflows, learn how we complete workflows, brainstorm design concepts, build a design framework, prepare contrasting designs and assessment scenarios, then debrief and iterate. 30 minutes are set aside at the end for in-depth questions and answers.
Your tour will be led by a pair of Menlonians who can speak to both in-person and virtual design steps and assessments of late. Due to the importance we place on the Discovery part of the High-Tech Anthropology® process to inform design, we ask that attendees attend the Discovery Virtual Tour before they attend the Design Virtual Tour. A great way to preview the High-Tech Anthropology® process if you’re embarking on a design project or attending our High-Tech Anthropology workshop. Bring your design challenges!
Limited to 10 invite-only attendees per session. If you have a larger group or would like a more customized experience, we highly recommend booking a private session to ensure the best experience. Private sessions are customized directly to your group's needs.
