Interviewing & Observing
Anthropology is known as the “science of humanity.” Key elements include an in-depth examination of people and places, immersion in the area of interest, and the significance of observation. Our High-Tech Anthropologists® study end-users in their own work environment, observe and ask questions around their current systems and processes, and use workflows and mind-maps to capture and distill information to create designs focused on the goals of the target users.
Come learn how Menlo utilizes a uniquely effective approach to gathering data from end users. We leverage the expertise of individuals by going to where they live and work, learning directly from them. We do this with a combination of observations, interviews, and design assessments -- what we call High-Tech Anthropology®. This full-day session will include an overview of the HTA process, an exploration of the key techniques of interviews and observations, hands-on practice, high-level synthesis, and knowledge sharing.
This workshop is currently offered as a private workshop for a minimum of 10 attendees. Please fill out the form below for more information.
