Intro to The Menlo Way™ Workshop (Private)

Come experience Menlo’s joyful and disciplined methodologies, inspired by lean, agile, and our own experiments, that are the foundation on which we have built our business culture. This immersive experience includes hands-on activities that span every aspect of Menlo’s internal processes.

Led by one of Menlo's co-founders Rich Sheridan or James Goebel and a Menlonian, this one-day workshop will give you a great sampling of The Menlo Way™️. You will get insight into how we have crafted simple, clear, unambiguous systems that allow joy to thrive. This elevates the human energy of our team to get practical work done (and done well). Discover how incorporating joy into every level of your organization can reduce unwelcome surprises that cause fear.

The Intro to The Menlo Way™ Workshop is best for all those interested in learning about the way Menlo Innovations operates and how we came to be this way. This workshop is for 6+ participants, or less than 6 paying the cost equivalent of 6 participants. Full-day workshops at Menlo include breakfast, lunch, and snacks throughout the day.

This workshop satisfies the PMP® requirements for earning 8 Professional Development Units (PDUs).
