Lead with Joy
What does it take to create a culture of joyful leadership?
In this two-day immersive workshop, led by CEO, author, co-founder and Chief Storyteller, Richard Sheridan, a small group of students will explore some very specific, and practical ways to change the course of leadership to one that focuses on increasing the human energy, engagement and results of the teams you are leading.
This course will use some compelling hands-on activities to explore the values of joyful leaders, and then explore the practices required to build a culture of joyful leadership.
This course will draw on the experience Rich has had in building Menlo Innovations and the lessons he has learned through nearly two decades of reinventing himself and the culture of the organization he leads. The class will also draw on lessons from authors and organizations such as Arbinger Institute and The Outward Mindset, VitalSmarts and Influencer, and the Center for Positive Organizations at The University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
The class will span two days with an evening meal between the two days to expand the relationship between attendees. It is our goal that the attendees will get to know each other well enough to create lasting friendships between people on a similar journey in their respective organizations.
Each class will be limited to 12 people to make it more personal and offer opportunity for deeper conversations for each attendee.
This workshop satisfies the PMP® requirements for earning 16 Professional Development Units (PDUs).
Cost of the workshop includes breakfast, lunch, and snacks throughout both days. Dinner is included on the first evening.
All workshop dates are contingent upon minimum participant enrollment.
