At Menlo, leadership among the team has evolved informally and organically over time. This team leadership has become the hidden part of Menlo that really makes it work. In this two-day workshop, learn from CEO Rich Sheridan’s experience growing Menlo’s culture of joyful leadership, and explore what takeaways could ignite and grow it in your own organization -- starting with yourself.
The workshop dives into such topics as starting with purpose, valuing leaders over bosses, caring for your team, becoming storytellers, and using visioning to plan for the future. It also includes frank discussion with a panel of Menlonians as well as a chance for participants to build up their relationships with each other. Additionally, attendees will get the chance to explore specific and practical ways to to create a culture of joyful leadership.

The Lead with Joy Workshop is best for upper-level managers, leaders, and executives and is limited to a small number of attendees to allow for deeper conversations and a more personal experience. This workshop is for 6-15 participants, or less than 6 paying the cost equivalent of 6 participants. Multi-day workshops at Menlo includes breakfast, lunch, and snacks each day. For this workshop, we are happy to continue our conversations at a dinner after Day 1.
Completing this workshop satisfies the PMP® requirements for earning 16 Professional Development Units (PDUs).
