Marketing Associate

As a Marketing Associate at Menlo, you'll have a great opportunity to learn right alongside us as we initiate and launch marketing plans for growth. You will get to experience working with several different roles – our High-Tech Anthropologists®, software developers, project managers and leadership to draw information, ideas and content for our marketing program.

Marketing Associate

Some activities might include: 

  • Provide UX direction and implementation for marketing efforts; set up landing pages for social media visitors, blog posts, email ‘clicks’ and paid advertising efforts.
  • Test and refine marketing email layouts and content to generate best response – track, monitor and adjust layouts of email tests to tour attendees, and promotional efforts for workshops and events.
  • Produce and distribute monthly e-newsletter, the Menlo Bits.
  • Lead efforts to execute Menlo’s social media strategy, including creating, monitoring, posting, responding and tracking social media posts.
  • Organize and promote virtual and in-person Menlo experience events such as tours, workshops, book clubs, panels and other ideas. Support non-Menlo events that Menlonians participate in by preparing or editing existing PowerPoint decks and presentations. 
  • Design and produce Menlo marketing materials and graphics.
  • Provide administrative support for Menlo’s sales and marketing efforts, including but not limited to: generating reports and professional background summaries on tour guests, generating feedback forms, logging information in HubSpot CRM, and preparing/shipping marketing materials. 
  • General support for experience events and front office staff.
